The paper feeding system is equipped with strength suction paper feeding , can transport single , double pieces paperboard . In the double feed mode , the lift and right of paper feed wheels have independent servo driving device to cooperate with the action of bonding part , no matter whether he cardboard on the left and right sides reaches the paper feeding wheel on the other side of the paper feeding part to stop the paper feeding.

When the adhesive department is making double sheets carton box molding , two sheets can be coated with glue(middle hot melt glue ) .

Three parts pneumatic positioning , the upper pneumatic pressing , the two pieces is adhesive into one , adhesive is firm . The pressure paperboard department is the final molding structure . After the gluing into one piece , it can be folded into shape by manually . Meanwhile pressing the lines for the carton box , and the tile line of the cross problems to be corrected manually, into the bottom of the machine from the surface of the pressing belt to complete the final molding.

 

Equipment introduction:

 

1. The machine wall panel adopts 45# original flat 12mm high hardness steel plate and is processed by CNC surface grinder to ensure the precision of the work-piece; the main structure is connected by 140# I-beam, and the rest is connected by aluminum profile, thus ensuring the machine Stability; the sprocket is made of 45# material and then quenched by high frequency to extend its service life

2. The main motor power is 2.2KW, the pressing motor power is 550W, controlled by the inverter, and can be adjusted at will; the clamping is 2 sets of 1KW servo motor, the clamping length and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, making the cardboard intermediate counterpart more accurate

3. The intermediate drive system is driven by a 2.2KW Mitsubishi geared motor, and there is also an electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as a backup drive
