Flexo printer slotter and rotary die cutter machine is a printing equipment which can print the required text, pattern and other information to the surface of the box box. It usually includes the process flow of loading, painting, printing, and conveying paper. Carton printing usually has a single printing, printing tape slotting / die cutting, printing slotting / die cutting, sticky box and linkage production line.
I. Machine Feature:

2. The transmission gear adopt 40 Cr, 20GrMo Ti high quality alloy steel which is grinded, and after the heat treatment ,it can up to six grade precision.

4. Each unit of the machine with electric separation, and pneumatic locking, pneumatic total lock, to ensure the stability of the unit, and continue ring for caution when machine be separated, to ensure the safety of operating person.

III. Details of each part
1) The master control panel by the control buttons and touch screen control operation, convenient and reliable.

3) The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,input the adjust data accord the error ,adjusting distance is 10mm.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
4) The space adjustment of rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust,decrease the rubber wear,increase the rubber life.
5) The space adjustment between the feed roller adopt self-locking structure.
6) The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller, make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller, the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.
7) There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used after repaired.
