2200M B Flute Corrugated Production Line Single Facer Roller
Corrugated roller is an important and key part of single facer machine. Corrugated roller are divided into upper corrugated roller and lower corrugated roller. The upper and lower roller surfaces are female. The two rollers are paired for meshing assembly, and the meshing mechanism is different from the usual gear transmission. The lower corrugated roll is a driving roll, and the shaft end is equipped with a gear. The motor drives the lower corrugated roll to rotate by a reduction device. The upper corrugated roller is driven roller, and the tooth of the upper roller and the tooth of the lower roller meshing each other to drive. In order to make the corrugated base paper between the upper and lower corrugated rolls, a certain pressure must be applied on the upper corrugated rolls. So in addition to the upper corrugating roller around its own axis, and can move along the direction of the upper and lower corrugated roller axis line. This movement is through the cylinder to apply radial pressure on both ends of the corrugated roller, so that the corrugated roller meshing each other to produce bite pressure.
