Machine Description:

1. The frame adopt 45# yuanping 12mm high hardness steel plate, and the other workpieces are also made of 45# yuanping 6mm 8mm 10mm 12mm 14mm 16mm 18mm 20mm high hardness steel plate, and processed by CNC surface grinder to ensure the precision of the workpiece.

2. The mainframe structure is connected by 140# I-beam, and the rest is connected by 80×80×5 pieces of 40×120×1 pieces of 50×100×2 pieces of aluminum profiles, thus ensuring the stability of the machine.

1. The main drive is driven by a chain. The sprocket consists of 5 points, 20 teeth, Ø35 and Ø30, and 17 teeth, Ø55.

The above sprocket wheels are made of 45# material and then quenched by high frequency to extend their service life.

2. The main motor power is 2.2KW, the compression motor power is 550W, which is controlled by the inverter respectively, and can be adjusted at will; the clamping is 2 1KW servo motors, the clamping length and speed can be adjusted freely, making the cardboard intermediate counterpart more accurate.

3. The paper feeding section adopts suction and paper feeding, and two sets of 3.0KW horizontal vortex suction pump greatly enhance the strength of suction, thus ensuring the stability of paper conveying. The paper feeding section feeds paper by two 1KW servo motors, and feeds paper. Adjust the length and length to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.

4. The intermediate drive system is driven by a 2.2KW Mitsubishi geared motor, and there is also an electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as a backup drive.

5. Gluing part: The middle butt part is fixed by cold and heat. The hot melt adhesive plays a role in shaping. The cold glue acts as a bonding. It can be said to be double-bonded, eliminating the single hot melt adhesive bond due to seasonal changes. The phenomenon of cracking of the rubber and the food box as soon as it enters the cold storage hot melt adhesive.

6. Intermediate shaping part: the left and right sides are clamped by servo motor. The clamping adopts high-speed bass ball screw and special slider sliding to ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of clamping, and also extend its service life and ensure the shape of the cardboard. Accurate and greatly improve the yield of the carton.

7. Hot glue system: The middle hot melt adhesive glue box is made of pure aluminum material, which has excellent thermal conductivity and shortens the time for melting the rubber block. The upper part is equipped with an independent heated aluminum plastic box, which can be heated while working. The melted hot melt glue automatically flows into the lower glue box, which does not affect the work and improves work efficiency.

8. Cold glue system: The cold glue glue box rubber wheel is made of stainless steel, and the bearing adopts double seal corrosion resistance, which prolongs its service life.
