1. Summarize
Automatic slitter scorer machine for corrugated paperboard with electric blades,adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining. Not only meet the conventional cutting board size, can be also used for cutting small paperboard pallets and other specifications. Electric-controlling adjusts thin blades and scorer movement is adjusted by manual-controlling.

1. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
2. Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining to 300mm.
3. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
4. Grinding part: adopt manual and pneumatic two types of blade grinding , it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
5. Blade and creaser both move by electric, and automatic locking.
6. The scorer part adopt above lower button for rectification, can make the scorers align center. Above row scorers can pneumatic lift up and down.
