High Reliable Flat Die Cutting Creasing Machine With Omron PLC Control
The flat and die cutting mechanism of the flat die cutting machine is flat, and the vertical flat die cutting machine is vertical when the plane of the pressboard and the pressboard is vertical. When the die cutting machine is working, the press plate presses through the press to the plate. In addition, the force of die cutting will cause lateral displacement of cardboard. When the die cutting machine is working, the press plate is driven by the connecting rod, and the cylindrical roller is used as the fulcrum, and it swings on the flat guide rail of the machine seat. When the working face of the press plate is transferred from the tilt to the parallel position of the press plate, the plate is pressed parallel to the die cutting plate in parallel way.
I. Paper feeder and conveyor

Paper conveyor part:
1. Paper conveyor adopt Germany conveying belt and high wear-resistant paper pressing wheel, stainless steel rust protection, paper conveying stable.
2. Paper positioning adopt push and pull gauge devices, easy for exchanging, suitable to different papers.
II. Die-cutting part
1. Auto adjust the pressure improved the speed. This function made the machine to be digital facility, operate speed is high.
2. Taiwan high pressure oil pump, adopt pusher type lubrication, reduce the damage of machine parts, cool the lubricating oil, timed lubrication for main chain which improved the service efficiency.
3. Original drive part with high speed die-cutting and high precise oscillating bar platform, improved the speed of subplate.
4. Pneumatic locking device load the edition more fixed and saving time. It is also pneumatic locking automatically for the lower edition accurately and fast.
5. Grippers with Germany IWIS chain, assured the long service life and stable diecutting precision.
6. Italy pneumatic brake clutch, Japanese SMC rotating joint, conform to European standard.
III. Paper receiving section
1. Automatic aligning paper, tidy and orderly.
2. Non-stop paper receiving improved the efficiency.
3. Take samples by pneumatic, can check the diecutting paper any time, very convenient.
IV. Electronic control part
1. Electric control system adopt Japanese Ormon PLC auto computer controlled, Taiwan EVIEW touch screen, France Schneider etc. Complete auto detection and controlling, Japan Toshiba converter and Taiwan TECO motor can save 1/3 electric charges.
2. HMI display system,can overview kinds of working condition, indicate the malfunction part and offer the solution.
3. Equipped with safe device to keep workers safety.
