Automatic paper feeding unit
1. Feeding paper adopts servo control, which can automatically adjust the number of rotating turns of feeding wheel according to the length of cardboard,so as to realize stable feeding of cardboard with different lengths.
2. Adopting the adjustable downdraft table and selecting the light pressure wheel mechanism, the high density pulley reduces the friction to the paperboard, thus making the paper feeding more smoothly and stably.
3. Side baffle position, back baffle position according to the width and length of cardboard automatically adjust positioning, and has manual fine-tuning function.
Computerized slitter creasing unit
1. The gap between the cots and the height of the tool rest is regulated synchronously to ensure the strength of the cardboard.
2. The position of the cutter wheel is automatically reset to zero, and the thin knife adopts ultra-thin tungsten alloy steel with long service life.
