5. Phase adjustment mechanism

1. Single shaft with dual cutter. Electric adjust the carton height with high precision.

1) Creaser, pre-creaser, diecutting cutter holder move together by NC controller.

2) Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.

2. Sizes adjustment

1) Slotter knives adjustment has two ways: one can input sizes into the touch screen, press start to change in lengthways and left right at the same time. Another can adjust by electrical buttons to move one by one.

IV. Rotary die-cutter (1group)

1. Creaser

1)Creaser and pre-creaser Ø180mm,above crease wrapped with optimal rubber will not damage the paper.

2)Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.

4) With pneumatic lifting device, protect the rubber mat.

5) Equip with the rubber mat grinding device to repair the damaged anvil blanket.

6) Has the waste scraps output conveyor.

V. Inline down type folder gluer ( 1group)

Main features
